Why are we going to involve our community directly into the development of HMNG?

• Engaging our holders in our process to include them
• Delivering benefits like behind-the-scenes access to your work, or a chance to have a say on the direction of our development
• Taking a quick poll to gauge our community’ interest in each topic
• Running a poll where holders can vote on a range of topics, allowing them to be part of the project’s selection process
• Asking about a subject, or what holders would like to know
• Asking open questions to collect a range of potential first-person responses on a given topic.

Our mission is to donate to charities that seeks to protect endangered hummingbird species globally and ensure their growth and conservation.

What are we trying to achieve?

As a decentralized project we can react fast and seamless to problems we encounter. This ability can be utilized by building a framework in which interested followers will directly decide on the next step

How are we trying to achieve these goals?

Polls work best with one direct, tangible question and either simple yes/no responses or a clearly defined range of answers — we aim for three choices, or up to five at an absolute maximum.

• Provide context and further information at the beginning to help include the participants
• Offer a range of possibilities and different topics you can engage with
• Allocating a budget dedicated only to the cause of the problems we will solve together
• Make it a regular and reoccurring event
• Keep it important, short and, if possible, enjoyable — this will increase the number of responses
